Finally I got confirmation that #Libya National Army successfully shot-down another #Turkish Bayraktar TB2 armed drone in #Tripoli 3 hours ago. They used Pantsir-S1 air defense system to shoot-down this drone. This is third TB2 to be shot-down by #LNA in this week!
So Pantsir can shoot down Turkish drones in Libya but can't do the same in Syria?

My conclusion is obviously simple: putin gave the order for the Pantsir to be switched OFF.
