I'm not left handed actually and I usually just walk up to people's doors. Ring the door bell. Wedge a potatoe on the gun barrel. They open the door. Then I open fire with minimum of four shots in the face. To switch it up sometimes I'll cut the break lines on their car if the place is really hilly then do them in the hospital so it looks like they died of complications. upping the dose on the pain meds does the trick, sometimes I'll walk through a hospital and up the dose on random people to make sure everyone is busy saving someone else instead of the target.
