Medical advice needed. Ass won't stop itching for 2 weeks now. Wife had thrush, did i catch it?

Sounds like a fungal infection. Basically jock itch in your ass crack. Treatment is the same get some jock itch ointment and use it diligently as directed. Or go see a doctor and get prescription stuff.

O and scratching it spreads it so ya know keeps your hands out of your crack.

If it's fungal infection... congratulations. You're now infected for life. The ointments only control the symptoms. The fungus itself will become systemic.

Sounds highly contagious. Could be staph infection. Thats my guess. I doubt it is a fungus because the location of the rashes is not typical.

I would go to a dermatologist asap

If it is a fungal infection antibiotics only make it worse. By killing your good bacteria, while the fungus (candida) is unaffected by the antibiotics.

I had this problem too. Simple remedy from my naturopath was equal amounts of vinegar, lemon juice and Carolina reaper pepper powder. Rub it inside anus liberally. Stings a bit at first but works like a charm.

Go on an anti-candida diet, take some natural anti-fungals & do a bit of a detox. Apply some anti-fungal ointment to itchy area. You should be right within a couple weeks (but keep up anti-candida diet & anti-fungals for a couple of months.

The only way to really get that out is through detox, whether it be your asshole or your penis. Eating raw garlic cloves (2-4 a day) is highly anti fungal antibacterial and has properties comparable to penicillin, it will most definitely help, but only if you can change your diet (limit your calories, stay off of sweets, stop drinking alcohol for a while). No itching around penis at all, it's primarily the top of my ass crack that itches and then my asshole itches MORE when bathing in the bath.
