If there is a rapture it will be by death. And it's probably gonna hurt. No one is going to sprout wings and fly up into the sky.

We don't die for our faith, we die in FAITH. While in our faith knowing Jesus Christ is our Saviour and Lord.

Do not fast. Keep your strength, eating little and healthier is better to shrink stomach and keep the body strong. It's not what goes in the mouth or doesn't go in the mouth that really matters anyway. Start working out and building muscle. If you fast you will lose muscle and have little strength. A bit of a fat reserve and muscle and build endurance is the way to go at this time.
