I did some looking online to try and figure what was going on with me, and I read that releasing stress and tension through massage can make people weep. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 141100 It weird how we maybe storing up stress and crap and not realise we have it Better to live for today, than wait for a day that never comes. |

When the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he writes not that you won or lost but how you played the game. The stance and stare of a wolf you find yourself alone with will tell you that he is prepared to treat you as you would treat him. Whether that comforts or frightens you, he has told you all you need know about both. |

rockstar101 User ID: 72885020 United States 10/17/2017 02:16 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You're a great researcher. Basically the soul separates from the body so locked emotions are released, on routine, as opposed to randomly crying or being crazy at the gas station, etc. When the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he writes not that you won or lost but how you played the game. The stance and stare of a wolf you find yourself alone with will tell you that he is prepared to treat you as you would treat him. Hi, i don't have body dis- morphia at all. I left a job a few months ago because i wasn't happy and the money was crap. I have been looking at business opportunities and appying for tons of jobs. Nothing is happening and its battering my self esteem with the bills piling up. My body is fine, im fairly slim, yep excercise and toning is a good thing, but my body is the least of my worries. Back to you, When did this start, because thats not good hun, and your body must look pretty good if you excercise a lot xx Better to live for today, than wait for a day that never comes. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 75054998 Canada 10/17/2017 02:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I put an old workout DVD on yesterday. Not put it on for about a year so only did about half an hour. Quoting: Re-Named- 777 Put it on again today and did an hour, still not completed it, but wanted to tone up and lose some weight. Anyway some time after the tears come and i've not stopped crying. Just been reading on the internet it can trigger energy release. Any one else had this? I'm really shocked actually its never happened before No. Never happened to me ever. I exercised for years. All different kinds of exercise. I don't believe your crying had anything to do with exercising. It might be the workout video reminds you of a past time. Maybe a song on the video reminds you of something. Maybe you're crying about the passage of time. Or maybe you're crying because you feel bad about being out of shape and aging and unable to do what you once did. The exercise itself did not make you cry. |

Not everyone exercises because of 'looks.' I do it to get in shape and stay in shape. I started doing exercises, as recommended by my physician, to alleviate back pain. Not only did my back pain go away, but it also cured the pains I'd get in my knees if I spent too much time on my feet. Then, I quit exercising due to an ankle injury at work. About a year passed, and the backaches started up again! So, I'm back exercising, pain-free, and will continue exercising as long as it works and as long as I'm able to. So, there are more benefits to exercising than just looks. It's also improved my mood, energy levels, sleep quality. I've lost a few pounds as well! Perhaps paying closer attention to some of the other health benefits (in addition to looks) might help you out some. |
