The DoD Turned Off The Cameras On This NVR

I'm a video surveillance integrator and ran across this video while nerding out. It appears that a DOD IP address was logged accessing an NVR and turning off the video motion detection. I don't use cheap equipment and ensure that the network is as secure as it can be. I have never had any issues regarding security. Very interesting.
