1. Prez. Trump needs to discount Kim, just like Australia:

"Kim aint going to do chit and everyone knows it. Nobody is worried about being a target of NK. If he makes a single move, he himself is pulling the trigger of his own death."

Lets get down to RAW AND OPEN WORDS.

2. Bomb North Korea with paper pamphlets that offer:

a. Offer north koreans freedom and rewards for their surrender.

"We're coming soon to give you freedom and reward so that you can enjoy all the best things in life. When we come, please hide and be safe until the danger is over. This is the will of the people of the world and we have all decided to save you."

b. Express how weak and unfair their leader is compared to the rest of the free world.

"Kim holds you as slaves for his own pleasure, forming you his personal military machine and starving you because he is weak and lost. Were coming soon to save you from him, please prepare and be safe, we dont want you to be hurt because of Kim."

Or something like that.

We dont want to trigger Kim to make a move, but if we frame it just right (perfectly), the people themselves will take care of it. It will cause great fear as well as prepare them mentally for what is about to happen and they will begin to identify with us and want to be saved.

I wonder how cocky you guys would be if NK actually hit the US mainland with something that would be remembered for generations?
