You don't have to be a psychic ( no such thing ) to know there was never a chance war with NK was going to happen. The reason NK has been quiet is because Trump is President and Kim knows now their is no bluff in this man. Since Trump first deployed ships in the area they have shown quietly a build up of military might surrounding NK with the understanding they have zero chance of winning a war or inflicting serious damage, they would lose everything in minutes.
