crooks, I could cry, trailer park owner & gang/atty - stealing a trailer this way, looks practiced./Pic included

Continuation of saga of friend's death in a Ohio trailer park.
Owner has me (friend's former fiance) with a no trespassing on his property, no merit, yet does.
I think that is part of the plan how they go about stealing a trailer. (Still I am not allowed on property!)

1) friend owned trailer, rented lot. No nearby family, ill sister in NJ.

2) trailer park atty takes deceased to court to evict him.
( I had paid 2 months rent lot, first check cashed, 2nd remained uncashed). Judge gives them case based upon no paymnt of rent, even tho uncashed check, but worse, atty failed to notify next of kin like Ohio codes state in deceased matters. I went but Judge said he couldnt hear from me as my name not on lease, no standing. Probate is still ongoing.

3) Now comes a 14 day notice in the mail, no special handling, no sig required, (got to me by the 20th as I have friend's mail forwarded to me, so 14 days would be 11/3) again, no notice next of kin, and there is another woman's name on trailer, no notice to her as well. This notice is to remove trailer & contents in 14 else they will take it and put in their name.

4) I call all over trying to get some help, need to remove our things from friend's trailer. Get atty to draw up POA so I can hire workers to clean out trailer (as the other name on title had injuries from falling and can not drive, etc.)
My atty contact trailer park atty & copies him POA, all seems fine, but nope... when the 2 workers arrive......

5) yard/Lot of friend is NOW a HUGE mess, all kinds of trash and items tossed out of trailer, trailer rand-sacked and tool shed emptied. While my 2 workers are inside cleaning out stuff on 1st load, here comes owner of park and says we can not go back in trailer to remove any other contents until we clean up yard first!

I really think this is how this trailer park operates to steal trailers in part.... the mess in that lot was huge, made by maintenance man and his crew of 3 others while they were going thru trailer (even broke a window to toss stuff out). This atty now sends my atty a picture of this gigantic mess and says we need to clean it up.
I said no, we didnt make mess and had even called cops there to see it when workers arrived. Little did they know too, I have pictures of friend's lot the day after he died, he was a hoarder yes, but not a mess. NOTHING like they showed me!

Due to my refusal to clean up that mess, they said they are ordering a dumpster tomorrow and we can not go back.
(APPEARS HECK WITH 14 DAY NOTICE DUE TO THEIR TRICKS.)

Problem is, there is little value in getting items out, compared to cost of retainer is prolly around 2,500 (suggested)
so it looks like the crooks plan works and they get away with this, and the contents, and the trailer too.

To live another day and do it all over, as it is costly to stop them. I would do it, pay alot out and sue them, but asked atty if we win, I also get awarded atty fees back too right?
He said not always......grrrr
