Of all the major names, only Flynn's lawyers have declined comment.
The rest said that they were unaware of any charges which normally they would have been aware of.
That's not to say they couldn't be lying, but I don't see any upside to that.
Quoting: Mach1 I heard this earlier today. Seems rather telling. Caused me to lean more toward Flynn. They interviewed some judge (former judge maybe?) on Fox this morning. He said that normally in white collar cases, they will contact the person's attorney ahead of time and make arrangements for the person to turn themselves in on a certain day. He said the fact that they were mentioning there could be an "arrest" means that they are playing hard ball. Also the fact that Trump cut him loose immediately after his dealings came to light would indicate Trump found out what Flynn had been up to, and wanted to put as much distance between himself and Flynn as possible. He did the same with Manafort the instant he became a liability.
