Dont know how to find her family - all the tip lines go directly to the people covering it up. Look it up, no tip lines to outside of TX PD - I'm not computer savvy, and I was 6 years old and living out of state for 5 months before it occurred, but I have info I want to give to a tip line not associated with the authorities that withheld info and covered up leads.
