Anonymous Coward User ID: 58041022 United States 05/28/2018 04:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | since being on keto and fasting regularly the asthma ive had since i was 18 i am now 50 is gone. ive had very bad post nasal drip last 20 years, 90% better. need less sleep, lost 25+lbs. just the fact alone the asthma and PND gone is beyond insane, and i cant be more pleased. i have essentially cut out all grains. just thought id pass this along for anyone else who interested. i must admit i did see a post on here a while back regarding keto and read up on it. On a side note, carbs from fiber do not count as your body cannot turn them into glucose which will throw your body out of its ketogenic state. I see a lot of confusion of keto sites and thought I would add that in. IE: Total Carb Intake 50g - fiber intake 35g = 15g net carb intake. |
