Remember to try keeping your net carb intake under 25 grams if you really want to start seeing your bodyfat melting off.
On a side note, carbs from fiber do not count as your body cannot turn them into glucose which will throw your body out of its ketogenic state. I see a lot of confusion of keto sites and thought I would add that in.
IE:
Total Carb Intake 50g - fiber intake 35g = 15g net carb intake.
