Sure appears to be that way. Trump has already stated he will not prosecute Hillary. He clearly knew of Manafort's previous work for the Podesta Group and the DNC before he taking on Manafort as his campaign chairman. Imagine if you had a traitor working to undermine you or the supposed party you are representing. Most people would be furious, fire that person, and make a public example out of him/her or at least state that you won't tolerate someone like that working for you. Trump did none of these things, but instead called for the firing of FBI director Andrew McCabe the morning after Manafort's home was raided by investigators. This begs the question: Who or what is Trump really working for?
