About to recieve my INSTANTPOT Ultra pressurecooker what is the first thing I should cook?

ribs. Just fair warning a LOT of the cook times are way overblown. The high setting will blast through pretty much everything at 15 minutes. What they don't factor in is the warm up time to full pressure then the cool off time. It overcooks any meat you through at it in 15-17 minutes tops, those 30+ minutes cook times are bs. Youve been warned

Pork shoulder roast. That was the first thing I cooked in it, about 35 minutes or so.

Love ours and we use it lots!
Pot roast, beans and ham, noodles ... works great.
Avoid powdered sourcream in it. I've found it kind of burns it and tastes like shit. Ruined a perfectly good stroganoff. Grr.
Haven't tried the lava cake though, no way that could suck.

Excellent. Pork roast with potatos, carrots and gravy, then the leftover meat makes barbeque.
