I need help, yelp scammed my Harvey destroyed business.

yelp offered 100$ in free advertising earlier this year via email. I logged in to view the offer and am now told that the login elicited a 430$ charge, today, for service I never evoked.

I called the number provided 415 632-4021 and the SJW phone person said that they will:

1. Not refund their fraud
2. hang up -claimed my call for a supervisor was 'threatening.'
3. Refused to transfer a call after 2 hours waiting for someone that can do something about it.

Help.
