North East of Riyadh is Iran! This is breaking, following is out till now:

Unconfirmed reports have emerged suggesting that a ballistic missile launched from Yemen was intercepted near Saudi Arabia’s capital, Riyadh. There have also been reports of a loud explosion heard at the capital’s airport.

Saudi air defence forces were quoted by broadcaster Al-Arabiya as saying they intercepted the missile north-east of the capital.
A TV channel linked to Houthi rebels in Yemen said the missile was launched at the airport.
Saudi forces have reported shooting down Houthi missiles before.
It is unclear if any damage was caused or if there have been any casualties.

Yemen is part of the Shia (Iranian Bloc)
fighting against the Worldwide Jihadi Terrorist Sunni Saudis.
