Anyone from DC/ Northern VA

So my job is wanting to relocate me to McLean. Was hoping for some GLP insights from anyone in the area. I'm coming from Dallas, which sucks in it's own ways and is great in others. What are some of the pros and cons of making the move. Thanks in advance!
