...Can you go to the ocean? Are you close enough? Let the wind wash over you. When you just stand on the beach the power and force of the ocean clears your energy. You don't even have to go into the water. I hope you feel better soon.  Quoting: A Friend no its a couple hours away and my dad wouldnt let me anyways, im kinda a prisoner thanks though  i will go there in my mind, going to the river helped for sure I bet a river is just as good as the ocean. It's flowing water.  yea its good my dad just came in here and says "you have my permission t take off your coat now that youre in the house" Was he military?
