Comey's first conclusions according to new memos turned over to Congress were that Clinton was guilty of "GROSS NEGLIGENCE" [ link to thehill.com] He later changed his conclusions to read she was guilty of being "extremely careless".Why is this important? Because GROSS NEGLIGENCE (His original conclusion) is what federal law states in handling the nation’s intelligence can be punished criminally with prison time or fines. Even at Gross Negligence, he was still trying to cover up. We all know what this bitch is guilty of, and so did he - wayyyyy before the email bullshit.
