I bought this thing thinking, oh wow, what a cool idea, you connect your phone to your tv and it broadcasts the screen, you know, the same way any other device you plugged into your tv would do.

but...it doesn't do that??? what??? you have to have an INTERNET connection apart from your phone for it to work? oh so the phone is just supposed to be a remote control for the internet, jesus and THAT doesn't even work. what in the hell is going on at google. this is so dumb on so many levels and they try to make it sound like THAT"S what it does but you scratch your head and say well 'why CAN"T it do that fer fuc sakes? seems like a great idea,
