Any currency can be linked to the transactions. It would just need to be standardized by accounting for all outstanding currencies notional and derived and tying them to both coins and divisible units thereof. Therein lies the problem, The government does not wish to standardize and account. No room for skewed and biased statistics. The only way to force this process is to arbitrarily exchange all available monies into the system, excluding derivative products, allowing for tagging and usdt association with the notional currency.
