There was the plane noise from the sky started right at the moment the cat started running, might have scared the cat.

On the other hand there were a lot of different noises apparent, which means, this noise should'nt have make any difference.

I wonder, how heavy the camera is....what camera is it?

Sometimes cats run just cause they feel so, playfullness...perhaps.

Instead of strapping the camera to the cat's neck it should be soldered on top of its head. That way we can see what it is actually looking at.
