As an american beef producer, I can say our cattle get nothing that is not natural. I eat a lot of beef we raise, and we prefer grass fed. Ticks are a likely cause of some of these things. No bone meal or blood meal may be used in cattle feed for over 20 years now.

Incorrect. Foods high in cholesterol do not increase blood levels of cholesterol. High dietary intake of carbohydrates*does* increase serum levels of LDL.

Just think of all the cheap meat from fast food places, etc., that people have consumed in the past 20 or 30 years.
