College Drunk Driver passes 2 officer cop cars; guy with Dashcam calls 911 for a cop. Takes about 10 minutes or longer for one to arrive..??

wait for it.. You will love ending. [ only took the officers 4-ever] I hope he learned his lesson.

So this guy calls 911 to get an officer out to stop this drunk driver who almost hits a school bus. While on the phone with 911, they pass two officer cop cars. It takes about 10 minutes for an officer to arrive to the scene.

It amazes me that even took that long. They passed two cop cars. 1 on the left at 5:00 and one on the right sitting. lol
