Do you associate the old with Social Security? Because I associate the disabled with it, foremost. Do you have any bias there? Probably not. I am just describing the future, is all. Old folks, have been left out in the wind by all government employees, so there is nothing you or I can do about it, except help them if we can. First step is to live near them and I am near mostly old people, so I am an expert.
