Here is my theory on this. Realistically the swamp is the Illuminate...Aka the Rothschild banking Cartel. I think everyone can agree they are very secretive. They are by far one of the richest family in the world.. Estimated wealth of over 300 trillion (conservatively).

From stories people have heard in the past, they pretty much approach you (if your not already one of their club members) and give you two options.
