This is completely false. He delivered a 10 gram sample of stolen RUSSIAN uranium that was seized during an investigation of black market smuggling. Russia wanted it to confirm it was stolen from their stockpile.

Russia didn't need samples of the US Uranium, at the time of the transfer you speak of, they already owned a significant portion of Uranium One. Later down the road, Rosatom ended up buying the entire company.

But you can't tell me they invested billions of dollars into this company and couldn't get test results from the uranium it was mining... they owned like 20% or something like that at that point.
