The reason this is always true for taxes is that the majority of people in the united states make less than 50,000 per year.

So the largest group pays the most taxes obviously.

It's true. My sister went without insurance because she couldn't afford it. And now shes old enough to get medicare, but is unable to get part D coverage,which helps pay for medicines-because the fine that would be involved for not buying Obamacare. So, that fine never goes away either. Lets hope when they get rid of the fine, that it will be retroactive, so poor people will not be required to pay it from past years

Obamacare came in and is acting like a union over peoples insurance.
We went from independently buying insurance for our selves or opting not to, to a union of politicians and insurance companies negotiating what they would be charged or taking without a charge from us, for the insurance companies insurance it sells and the politicians raises revenue for their states and government.

The purchaser has no say in what is bought and charged on them, its price, what it covers as well as what its requires to use its coverage such as deductibles and out of pocket expenses.
They never even have access to the individuals income, bills or obligations.
Then they penalize the people who were never involved in the dealing that the two made or gave any consent to it, they do not even get to be disclosed what policy was being wrote out on them and at their expense.

Politics turns coats perpetually, with that we are never guaranteed any thing enacted will remain or remain the same, except for the shopping on others and buying on others with out their consent or even knowing what they have to pay with.

The corruption and over loading of welfare participants, allowing and demanding open border undocumented and illegal immigration and many other things, such as outsourcing and outsourcing jobs unstopped and allowed to hull out their revenue.
That and wars and schemes to send national money out the nation to other nations.

We get the Rome of old turning on its citizens to rob them to pay for that, as if they were left with anything to pay with.

They have no right to spend or to take what we do have or in- debt when it is not there to pay with or take.
That is criminalizing those who could not pay what they never bought on a federal level.
That sets people already stomped into the ground up, for taking what little they have or imprisoning them for not having it.

We have Trump today and we still have the same ones who were there while this was being set up on us.

If the tax penalty is not paid they can take assets even those that people see as not being valued assets.

People could have their small and hard paid for homes taken from them for not being able to pay these penalties, or jailed and it taken from them.

We cannot think one President or congressman, is a safe and sure permanent fix to something like that, when they come and they go and the worst ones never go for many decades.

We should have never had such as this enacted on us out side us and our knowing or consent.

Speaking of which, Wondering Mind, you should remember that Obama himself and that lead POS in Congress both had sped along the Affordable Healthcare Act literally overnight. They both made it illegal and even a treasonous act for literally EVERY member of Congress to even see the Bill, but they were forced to vote "Aye!" on the spot.

I forgot the names of the Senators who have been able to see new unveiled fragments of Obamacare and decipher the Legalese in each Affordable Healthcare Act page. At last I heard about this they weren't even half way through the entire Bill just a year or so ago and even Senators are treated as though they're terrorist suspects for even bringing up the Affordable Healthcare Act whatsoever.

So don't go believing that even Congress members get off scot-free. The good Congress members are just as tortured as the rest of us because they do their best to bring to light the absolute living horrors that is Obamacare. Obamacare truly is a Muslim tax on all non-Muslims and it's literally impossible to get rid of. Obamacare is truly the death of the United States of America. I haven't paid the "penalty" because I don't get tax refunds so they don't have an opportunity to steal it like the raping thieves they are. They'll have to kill me before I pay for insurance or pay the penalty

The penalty was not charged based on how much income tax you over paid, or getting as a refund.
When you end the tax form you have to pay the penalty based on your income earned, or gainfully received.
If you do not have a refund amount to take it from and it can be $2,000.00 or more, then you have to pay it when you submit that tax form.
People had already met the past penalty charged and risen, in its step up the charges that step up, we already went through that.

If it is left then it can be changed in the amount it can charge us in the future not so far way from us.
If you owe any amount you cannot submit your tax form without it being paid.

It was a breech of law to have even set it up in the first place.
It is like taking money from the welfare people, who you set up welfare for because they could not afford it, so you can charge them for not having it.

Insurance is not a basic need.

Uhh, you're wrong. I haven't bought any health insurance and I subtracted the penalty from the big ass check I sent in to the us treasury that my accountant tried to add to my taxes owed. The irs can't do shit about it. They cannot issue a tax lien or collect that "penalty" by any means except stealing tax refunds which I never get

Like I said, some punk will have to kill my ass before I'll pay any of that shit. I figure if the congress votes themselves exempt I can make myself exempt as well
