FORECASTERS have issued a severe weather warning for snow across the length of Britain today as November bows out with bitter temperatures.

Heavy wintry showers are expected to hit from northern Scotland down the east coast of England as far south as Suffolk and as far west as the Midlands from Thursday afternoon into Friday morning.
