Wonder if it's the 215 V8? 2 barrel or 4 barrel? 4 barrel is the Ultra High Compression engine. All aluminum. Had a '63 Olds F85 with the 4 barrel, hot little engine! Transmission was different too, Switchpitch torque converter I think. Have to watch that reverse gear location at the bottom. Rips the trans apart when you downshift into reverse at 50 mph.. My sister had a 61 Skylark, I was fond of the 64-65.
