Drank my last bit of alcohol last night....

Good luck to everyone whose on the same journey, or thinking of trying! I wasn't expecting so many to be having the same pains and issues!

Avoiding a problem isn't the same as resolving it however. The root of an alcoholic's problem isn't the alcohol, it's the things they're using it as a crutch for; and this is even more important to tackle. Whether it is finding a healthier way to deal with inhibitions and/or repressed feelings.. or something that one doesn't want to think about. Just my 2 cents though.

Yep!! I'm dealing with that part tonight...

I did just purchase a 6ft kickboxing bag and gloves as a late bday present to myself. Will have it set up in the next few days. I plan on using it a lot.

I had gotten tired of the money spent...$10+ per 3 nights.

I kept praying...God said "I need you to quit".

So I did.
