Is evilness good?
I think the only thing that really exists is consciousness...

"Good and Evil" may be an archaic conceptual view. I mean, you can't have something considered "good" without comparing it to something "evil", right? So what do those terms even really mean? I think this an aspect of our growing consciousness; the duality of Good and Evil.

IMO, goodness happens because evilness exists, and vice versa. Have you ever been through an experience really tough, difficult, or terrifying and came out of it feeling better in general - maybe even feeling good? I've been through those types of experiences, and, ultimately, I am thankful for them, for I've learned more about myself and the universe, and I had changed for the benefit of all.

When I look at criminals or "evil" people/things, I really just see those as part of the grand plan. And, really, they are "good". They all change the world for the better because we learn and grow and awaken with their existence.

When I think about the duality of Good and Evil, I kind of think of it as something which is fractured. For they both serve the same purpose of our journey. If God is perfect, all-knowing, kind, Good, etc, why would He allow pain and suffering and evil things? I would say because He knows they will be of benefit.

Lastly, I don't know about you - but I think calling someone or something "evil" isn't really helping anyone in many cases, rather it may denying the existence of their divinity and "goodness". And you may say that evil is something you don't want; but in some cases, something you don't want isn't necessarily "evil", ultimately?

I think the concepts of karma and nirvana would help explain a lot of this. Nevertheless, I have trust in the overall plan. Should I not?

Sometimes evil is necessary as a means to an end to create a greater good that lasts. So ultimately, it can be used as a tool of good.

I think this is why forgiveness is so important. It's a conscious and clean way to learn from our mistakes.
