I’ve been following this bill from the start. Let me break it down in layman’s terms...

-Any Resident or Non-Resident CCW permit issued by any state would allow you to carry concealed in all 50 states.

-State laws still apply on where you are and aren’t allowed to carry, such as schools, government buildings, etc...

-Attached to this bill is a stronger NICS background check system bill, as in military branches have to do more in regards to reporting persons dishonorably discharged not being able to obtain firearms.
