As a woman, I try to figure out these harassment charges.

The important aspect that I see is if a man used his position to require a woman comply with his advances. If it was even implied that she would not get a job, or lose a job unless she allowed activity THAT IS CRIMINAL.

If a man was making an inappropriate aggressive action on a woman, she objected or did not reciprocate AND HE STOPPED, then that is boorish behavior and the guy is a cad and an AHole. I don't see that as sexual harassment.

When women present themselves attractively, more specifically present themselves sexually... yes... then act as though they are receptive to being found attractive, a play by a man comes with the territory. I'm not saying being assaulted comes with the territory. I'm saying a pass comes with the territory.

Then to call it sexual harassment is just a lie.

When a man does not stop, a woman struggles against him and he does not stop, THAT IS CRIMINAL. It sure doesn't have to go very far. And then it is up to the woman to call him out. That is not victim blaming. If he holds no power over her or is he does hold power over her she is commanded by the responsibility to all women to make it known to this man that his behavior is NOT OKAY and has consequences.

I can promise you that anytime a man went too far with me, I was upset as hell. There would be smiling for the camera or showing up for work the next day or meeting up with him later. Because if you do that, you have become complicit in a transaction. You have agreed that it was not too much and that you were okay with it.

Women have a responsibility to other women. You also have a responsibility to teach a man your boundaries.
