Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44534076 You must have seen only Republican but a few of them do look a bit shabby. I saw one larger white women with half her head shaved, and the other half dyed green/pink - she was with her black boyfriend. There were also a few other younger (slightly large and single) women who looked like they were Jones fans. I did catch one of them vote for Jones, just because she entered her vote into the machine before me. I live in the largest city of a rural-ish county. This county and the surrounding area should go Moore, but the city itself is probably Jones-leaning. That said, we need EVERY republican to get out and vote to counter the votes of these people who most likely would never vote in a special election if WaPo and CNN didn't tell them to. |

Zedakah (OP) User ID: 75058951 ![]() 12/12/2017 11:56 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Moore will lose.... Between the public bashing and the dead people voting along with the felons... I'm calling a loss for Moore perhaps even a blow out. Quoting: mikedoall That is a concern, but it will not be a blowout. You also have to consider all the "Doug Jones" supporters and people who publicly say they would never vote for Moore. Chances are there will be a lot of these people voting for Moore, and they will never admit it. This is either going to be a very close race or a blowout for Moore for that reason. This entire election hinges on rural county turnout. In the primary, Moore won all but three counties. |

Yes, Doug Jones is for Full Term Abortions, Removing Trump, and Amnesty. Today is Republican Voting Day for the Alabama special election. If you are an Alabama republican and do NOT want to see Trump removed from office, then go out and vote. Currently, there is a higher than average voter turnout in the cities. This typically is not a good sign for republicans. I already voted, and I did not see one Moore sign anywhere within a mile of the polling place. The turnout was roughly 50/50 people who look like republican voters vs people who looked like they were on their 8th abortion. R u people normal in Alabama? |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 70553666 ![]() 12/12/2017 12:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I drove by a pretty large suburban polling station (not mine) this morning. The turnout looked big, comparable to a presidential election. The area is 95% white and conservative. This bodes well for Moore. In my area, there are MANY more Doug Jones signs, but that doesn't mean anything. We conservatives no longer put signs in our yards, because lefties are so unhinged. (Seriously, who wants a leftie crapping on your front lawn?) Still, we conservatives WILL go quietly to the polls and send a giant f*ck you to the establishment. BTW, I'm a woman, and I think the accusations against Moore are a crock. I'd like to see yearbook chick (and her lawyer, too) tossed in jail for trying to manipulate an election based on false pretenses. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 75672945 ![]() 12/12/2017 12:01 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | who the hell is leading? why is this not being mentioned at all ANYWHERE?!!!! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75890698 If he's ahead you will hear nothing. If it gets close or Jones grabs a momentary lead it will be all over the place and then back to quiet when Moore takes the lead back. If moore stays steady ahead all day you won't hear much of anything until tonight when they update and it's almost over. The media doesn't want to broadcast if moore is winning because they're afraid it will dishearten snowflake turnout. So no news is definitely good news if your pro moore. |

I know I am really pissed off by the GOP collusions (McConnell) with WaPo and the Doug Jones campaign. I expect that type of behavior from the liberal DNC, CNN, and the rest. But to have our own party try to get the anti-Trump democrat in really speaks to how BIG this special election is. Thanks LJS. |
