okay... who else saw the Sun rising way too far North this morning? More North even than in June.. WTF?

In Central Europe the Sun sets 10 minutes later, should be 19:31, were 19:41, and more north. I have checked it with three PC programs. Likewise Venus. I don´t know why, but it is a fact.
What is you lat and long and what time do you calculate it should set or rise and where?
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22282848° North 17° East. It should set 7:31 PM (yesterday) circa 285° (azimuth) - it were 10 min later and some 3 degrees more north. Venus should set circa 22:45; actualy it was later. I did not calculate or observe the rise.
