I'm bumping this in light of all the 'fuckery' (pardon my curse word, I do not use them often) going on everywhere it seems plus it is pertinent to another thread.

Here's a little secret, they still operate mkultra programs till this day.

My guess is that NK is one big MKUltra run by the combined black hat intelligence services...but that is conjecture at this point.
