I understand he was quite the frontman. Quoting: Leverlock From personal experience: I saw White Zombie on the LeSexorsisto tour in a small bar, and Rob Zombie OWNED that place. He absolutely killed it. Best show I've ever seen. Monster Magnet opened. Place held maybe 300 people. probably one of the greatest super bowel shows ever. Unique vocals, great guitarist. Why was all the cool music when I was either not here, or too young to enjoy. Well, I enjoy it now, but folks think I'm an oddball. They are fantastic. And the LORD spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin, then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who being naughty in My sight, shall snuff it. But he was more than a 'front man' for the Cure since he also played guitar/lead guitar. But he WAS the band, and I think Led Zeppelin and The Cure were the two best bands of their decades (70s and 80s). Robert Smith was Jimmy Page and Robert Plant in one person, he was a god of all time. imho.
