Believe me or not hanging will make you stronger. I got really strong back muscle because of hanging and pulling up everyday. Because of increased back muscle I could lift and carry lot heavier things. We are kinda apes. We must hang from trees and be healthy. I modern man's problem is he's not hanging enough and carrying his body weight.

I've been under isolating working conditions, and the isolation or lack of partnership appears to be stunting the progress of developments.
