John Titor is actually the man who writes the scripts for the Simpsons. You ever wonder how he seems to predict all those things in the Simpsons, then they come to pass. My take is he ventured across this forum one day and gave a broader stroke of things to come under the name John Titor.

Why would he? He is talking to people who survived the event.

In the video titled "March 3 2019" he states that it had been 7 months since his group had lost anybody. That would place the "losing somebody" event around August 2018.

In the video titled "Over the Hill" he states that he spent the 1st month after the "Event" living in his attic.He also states that society collapses rapidly and that 90% of the population dies off quickly.

Since they are still working on security and establishing boundries, my guess for the "Event" would be anytime between Jan - May 2018, assuming that these are real videos from the future.
