Then the other person usually forgives you. Some times there may be a little more of the back and forth bicker but in the end, an apology used to mean something. WHAT HAPPENED? Why does it all have to escalate so much...the minor turned into the major... Why do we have to go into shock and awe mode when someone has wronged us...an apology just won't do. WHAT HAPPENED? We are human, and contrary to popular belief, we make mistakes... But when we are wronged, we want revenge...we want to sue...WE SAY WE WANT AN APOLOGY BUT WHAT WE REALLY WANT IS SOMEONE TO PAY.
