I have worked occasionally but was afraid to lose my disability. I go into the hospital often and can't lose my health insurance. Quoting: A Friend There is a new employment position for people like me! I went to training through vocational rehab and I am a Peer Support Specialist now. I have to be disabled to have this job! I don't have to worry about being sick and losing my job. I can't tell you how happy I am to be able to work with my head held high. Many of you have been so awesome through the years to me as I spent many hours here. I want to thank you and want you to know that I am doing GREAT! Update: I finished the interview. I think it went well.
