There are about 100 billion galaxies in that known area of space.
Those 100 billion galaxies each have about 100 to 200 billion stars.


And everything we are supposed to know is in one book?

I do not know if God exists or not. I suspect God does exist,but not in a way we are raised to understand.
But I am positive no "true religion " exists . And to think otherwise is stupid. BTW Op, I am being kind with that word.
