Like I said in the other thread, there have been plenty of transition fossils found, way too many to just ignore. Archaeopteryx is a transition between birds and raptors, with the traits of each clearly seen in it's fossil. Under your logic is it a bird or a raptor? Because according to creationist things come in "kinds" (dogs and wolfs being the same "kind" is one thing I hear alot.)
