it is sad to say, but some people will never be convinced, partly because science is man-made and therefore fallible. They will demand more and more evidence but yet will never provide any evidence whatsoever for the god they worship.

i have been reading many of DGN threads for a while, and while his (i am presuming a gender here) questions are sometimes silly, they do require some in-depth explanations.

and this is where the argument begins to fail.
rather than answering the question, directly, one should first attempt to have the questioner to demonstrate that there needs to be a creater, and that the creater they prescribe to, is the one which is necessary.

DGN must first demonstrate:
A) a god is necessary
B) it is possible for a god to exist
C) demonstrate that ONLY this particular god exists; by that, prove NO OTHER god exists, and by prove, i dont mean "they are made up gods; therefore they dont exist"
D) demonstrate this god is capable of creating the universe
E) has the want to create the universe
and finally:
F) demonstrate that this god actually did create the universe.

i dont think DGN will attempt to demonstrate that;
all DGN wants you to say is "i dont know" as soon as you say that, DGN will then proclaim victory.
