New Jersey :A 16-year-old with learning disabilities took a gun and opened fire on his family on New Years Eve, killing three family membersi
According to a family member, the 16-year-old boy did not attend school and stayed at home because he was autistic, where his mother gave him special assistance.

Authorities say an unknown disagreement led to the teen taking a gun and opening fire, killing his mother, father, and sister (pictured above). A 70-year-old family friend was also murdered. A brother and grandfather, who police say the teen did not target, were able to escape.

The teen reportedly used a Century Arms rifle. Some media outlets reported that he used an AK-47, but Century Arms produces a rifle that resembles the rifle. However, it is only semi-automatic, not fully automatic, and is not capable of producing the same velocity and gunfire rate as an actual AK.

Re: New Jersey :A 16-year-old with learning disabilities took a gun and opened fire on his family on New Years Eve, killing three family membersi
The teenager fatally shot his father, mother, sister and a family friend who also lived in the Long Branch, New Jersey home, Monmouth County Prosecutor Christopher J. Gramiccioni said in a statement. He was taken into custody without incident, Gramiccioni said.

“We are confident that this is a domestic incident that is completely isolated,” Gramiccioni said. “It’s a terribly tragic incident.”

The boy’s name was not released, but the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office identified the deceased as: Steven Kologi, 44; Linda Kologi, 42; Brittany Kologi, 18; and Mary Schultz, 70. Schultz was identified as a “family acquaintance” by the prosecutor’s office.

The alleged suspect’s brother and grandfather were also at the home at the time of the shooting but were able to escape unharmed, Gramiccioni said during a Monday news conference.

NJ like most states had the child access laws. Only this time they won’t have anyone to prosecute.

The mother was a total crackpot, her Twitter account is nothing but lunatic raving about committing suicide, mass death, etc. She likely drove the entire family insane, drove the kid to kill everyone just to make it all stop.

Her Twitter is still up, it is just her first and last name but it is being hammered and will likely be removed soon.

That kid should have never been able to access that firearm. Say whatever you want about the right to bear arms, he was severely special needs and there should have been precautions taken to ensure he did not have access to a casually lethal weapon.

OP do you even have kids?

What you are proposing is so misinformed frankly you look like an ass for saying such a thing.

Autism has many different spectrum levels and many grow up to take care of themselves.
