The spiritual approach outlined by the Buddha is to eliminate ATTRACTIONS and AVERSIONS. Attractions and aversions will always lead to SUFFERING. If you want something and dont get it you suffer, and if you dont want something and you do get it you suffer.

DESIRE leads to attractions.

FEAR leads to aversions.

The key is to focus on what IS, NOW. If your feeling FEAR you are anticipating an aversion. All FEAR IS AN ILLUSION. If it hasn't happened yet its not REAL.

The Matrix is the world of illusion created by not living in the NOW. The puppet masters of this world know how to use this to control you. If your worrying about the future or just plain distracted you miss the exit door.

Escaping the Matrix is not just waking up to conspiracy theories that are true. Of course 9/11 did not happen as the official narrative says it did, but that will not bring you peace. In fact it may lead to more fear regarding what they may do next.

Escaping the Matrix is true PEACE. Recognizing that what you have been enslaved to was an ILLUSION.
