You know what the sweetest thing to wake up to is?

I walk into my kids room, (they share a room, blue wallsdown the middle on one side, pink on the other) my 7 month old daughter sees me and is filled with instant joy. Squeals abound and legs kicking. I look at my almost 2 year old handsome son and smiles fill his face as well. I think to myself "I feel so loved, they're so beautiful."

As the changing of the diapers commences, I realize the joy is quickly over as my menacing son resumes his daily menacing. Nothing is safe in our house. Nothing. For every five messes I clean, 15 More appear. A consistently clean house is a thing of the past. *Sigh*
