New DNA study Finds Ancient Egyptians were European Whites, NOT Black Africans

Part of the problem of course, is that:

1) the Egyptians always potrayed themselves as being a mix of Black, brown and light skinned people.

2) The 'sea peoples' who invaded and ruled for a about a century were probably mediterranean, and almost certainly were not African.

3) Egypt was ruled for a time by (I think) the persians, who were middle-eastern, not African.

4) Ruled for a while by the Nubians who were African.

5) Ruled for a while by the Greeks, who were not African.

6) Ruled for a while by the Romans, who though not African could have used soldiers from north Africa as part of the Garrison.

So as you can see, the racial make-up of egyptian society was rather mixed, probably with more African at some points in its history and more non-African at other points in its history.

The results of the survey would depend on the date of the skeletons which would have affected the likelihood of particular racial dna showing up.

The Egyptians didn't rule Egypt for much of the last thousand years and so if the mummies they tested were mostly from that time, then results would've been as we see now.

It always was, and still is(except for modern air travel), a whole lot easier to get to and from Europe and North Africa, than to get from Sub-Saharan Africa to North Africa.

The Sahara desert was and still is the isolating factor that allowed the development of separate races. Vast oceans and a few mountain ranges can do the same.

The Phoenicians, the Copts(mostly ancient Egyptian lineage), the Carthaginians, and the ancient Egyptians were/are White.

Of course, they belonged to the Mediterranean race which is the originating white race. This is known fact, they didn't have sub-Saharan DNA which lacks Neanderthal DNA.
